AdMonitor © is a program designed to primarily work along side a Robotic Total Station instrument with Automatic Target Recognition (ATR) to collect Monitoring control points.

After manual recognition of initial targets the process becomes automated, allowing readings and vital calculations for absolute and relative shifts down to 4 second intervals with various levels tolerance settings for visual and audio alerts.

A Surveyor can reviewed the results by assessing each reading for magnitude, shift direction, MCP group correlate and trendlines as they were observed.

AdStrata © is a strata management tool developed within StrataSurv to calculate and correlate strata subdivision data from project consultants.

Designed to work along side AutoCad, its primary use is for Surveyors. Recent enhancment have been added to assist Architects, Solicitors and Sales Consultants.

Unique identifiers for each part lot within the development correlate consultant data and allow for historical and comparative calculation and searches.

Contract, Draft and Final comparisons are made prior to plan lodgement with council and Land and Property Information to review Sale of Contract constraints.
